Training & Nutrition Programs
You may have come to this website and asked yourself… “Self… What sets Amy apart from other personal trainers?” Well here are some good ol’ fashion answers for you. I am here for your overall health, not just in the gym. I can provide you with meal plans and/or cook you actual healthy, delicious meals. By choosing me, you get the whole package (if you so desire), instead of just a Personal Trainer… Heck, some people say I’m a better listener than their therapist! So, if you need a Personal Trainer/ Nutritionist/ Chef/ New-best-friend, then look no further, I am your lady.

Never lose motivation again! Hit the gym solo, or with a friend, to have fun and reach your goals.
Personal Training
One-on-one personalized workouts. Everyone has different goals, strengths, and weaknesses. In order to reach your goal the quickest (and with the most results), one-on-one training is the ideal way to go. Packages are purchased monthly and include hour long sessions 2-3 times a week.
Small Group Training
2-5 people (depending on the time of day). Having a partner, friend, sibling, or parent can help push you to get to your goals. It’s also way more fun to have a gym buddy. Packages are purchased monthly which include hour long sessions 2-3 times a week.
Nutrition consulting
All of my training packages include nutritional guidance. If further help is needed, nutrition consulting is purchased by the hour. This includes going over your current diet, and how to change it, as well as handouts of the right foods to eat.
Meal plans
Need further nutrition help?! I can help make healthy delicious weekly plans for you. Meal plans are individually purchased.
Weekly meals
Need EVEN further help? Let me cook for you! Meals can be purchased individually, or weekly.
